I had a good first service visit at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet in Milton. I brought my truck in for an oil change and they were professional and friendly. They also rotated the tires, but the air pressure was not set correctly. Everything else went well, and I will definitely use them again.

My overall experience, however, was not what I had hoped for. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told it was the best one that fit my needs. As a single mom, one of my biggest priorities in purchasing a vehicle was reliable and dependable transportation. The sales rep was really nice and helpful. He posted the truck for sale on marketplace and was quick to respond when I messaged him. He told me everything he could over the phone including cosmetic condition issues that were hard to see in the pictures so I wouldn’t be surprised when I got there. I recently purchased my Ford Tremor from Sandy Sansing Ford in Daphne, Alabama, and had a great experience from start to finish. Chad was awesome to work with. He was easygoing, knowledgeable, and made the entire process straightforward. JP was also great and worked hard to help get everything where I needed it to be. Honestly, I was surprised by how smooth and hassle free the entire purchase was. There was no unnecessary back and forth or pressure. Appreciate the fast and friendly service. I might have given 5 stars but my windshield had purple stuff on it and I made a point of washing my truck the afternoon prior to bringing it in. It came right off but that shouldn't have been left. I appreciate the service.
Went in for a scheduled oil change and for them to do a multi-point inspection this past week on my 2017 Ford F-150 King Ranch. Judith in the service department was super friendly and the service was fast! I know my truck is in good hands with them and their Ford trained technicians.
The service manager Chris went above and beyond. He and his team worked thru a difficult warranty process to make sure we were taken care of.

Friendly and let you know all they are doing. My work done was recall items and they were as nice and knowledgeable as when I was getting paid services done. Trust them to do the job right. on site was very helpful since I only have the one car right now.
The service center was very quick and got the job completed when Chuck Stevens in Bay Minette could not. More affordable as well. Will do business with again.

Service department is more interested in eating their morning Whataburger then helping customers. Currently waiting on a tow truck at my house because truck wont start after oil change on Friday. No oil cap on engine, no oil on dip stick and oil leaking out of drain plug.
