Jody was marvelous!! He was super personable and didn’t make you feel pressured at all. He helped me find the perfect vehicle that met all my wants and needs. The finance team and their new car manager were super easy to talk to and just as dedicated as Jody. The new car manager (sadly can’t remember his name) was insanely helpful in making sure I got the car I wanted within my set price range. All in all wonderful experience!

Purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 big horn, after having it for 3weeks, the oil coolant unit went out and the truck was placed in shop where the service department Completely was the best and fixed it for me, paying all cost! The truck drives so good now, and I'm fully satisfied with Sandy Sansing and highly recommend them! They took care of us for sure! I have an uneasy feeling when I’m at sandy sansing Milton. I always wonder if I’m being cheated, ripped off, or swindled. The staff does not seem to enjoy working there. I guess they’re doing their jobs, but they don’t seem to care. It makes me wonder if I’m getting what I paid for, or if they did the work properly, or if they even did the work at all, or if the technician did something to trick me into spending more money. Super easy process getting some standard recalls fixed. Great communication and Tom in service was very friendly & helpful.

My 2019 Silverado hit 50K miles and needed some basic advised maintenance. I had a coolant flush, transmission flush, oil change, balance and rotation. They also did their multi point inspection. I worked with Sonya my vehicle advisor and she was great! Besides giving me great pricing, she had a 10% military discount added. I live alone so I had no ride to drop and pick up. They were able to isolate an intermittent problem and obtain replacement parts in the same day. The service staff was very professional keeping me informed during the repair process.
I have had continued issues finding my extended warranty in your computer system, which is very frustrating. However, Jeff was wonderful and worked hard to contact people in my maintenance contract and was able to get the situation resolved. I really appreciated Jeff’s assistance and patience. I would love to see a more interactive computer system with these different warranties that are sold by the Chevrolet dealerships.
