My check engine light came on in my Chevy Traverse, so I brought it into the shop. Sonya was very helpful and ran a diagnostic test to see what the problem was, turned out my fuel pump control module went bad. I was prepared to drop some cash getting it fixed. However, when I went to pick up my car she told me that it was free. It was covered under the fuel emissions warranty, which was such a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to save me some cash. It was greatly appreciated!

It’s super easy to make an appointment online. I was in for an oil change and an inspection. I was out in less than an hour on a Saturday morning. I bring my vehicles to ford because I trust their technicians know what they’re doing. Very satisfied and will continue to bring my vehicles here for service.

Took my 2025 Chevy Traverse RS in for a tire pressure sensor. Found out the sensor was fine, however I did have a nail in one of my tires. Ryan was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure nothing was wrong with my vehicle (having driven back home from Tennessee on a low tire!). They got my tire patched up in under an hour and solidified a dedicated customer from here on out!

The service department so far has been very friendly and easy to talk with... when I can get someone to pick up the phone. My initial appointment took 5 phone calls and an unanswered voicemail to get someone on the line. Once I did, it was easy. The day I dropped the vehicle off, everyone was very nice, check-in was smooth, and they shuttled me back home quickly. Now that my vehicle is in service though, I again can't get anyone to answer a call or reply to a voicemail or text confirming when it will be complete. Pretty frustrating.
Came in for recalls. Staff was friendly and I like they did a vehicle inspection while they had it. I will definitely bring my vehicle back in the future for any work I need done.
